Well, you can, but make it rediculously clear that you are off-limits.
But be carefull because of the often used rule of- guilt by association. You don't want people thinking that you are not pure or cannot stand up for yourself etc.
So, that is really your call, pray about it and consult some good friends. Maybe close friends who are not teens or 20somethings.

Don't do it. It becomes complicated and creates issues that were never a problem before... especially if feelings are involved. Often times feelings are not mutual in the end and someone gets hurt.

No, don't lower yourself down to his level, it seems to me all he wants is the physical stuff that you can offer to him and he doesn't want a commitment to that. I bet if you say no he won't talk to you a lot because he just wants to satisfy his needs, and he doesn't care about your emotional wants
